A wrinkle is nothing but a ridges or folds in all over body skin. This might be due to several reasons. It usually appear to be the elastic muscle, thinner and dryness lines in the face, neck, backs of the hands and other parts. The main reason for wrinkles is depletion of water in the body. This may be affected your natural age skin.

Causes of Wrinkles

There are many reasons for these skin wrinkles. For crease and lines form in your skin, feel free to consult your doctor and get treatments and advice immediately. The following things are causes,

• Reduced blood supply to the skin for regular smoking.

• Anyone have following field job such as Fishermen, Sailors, UV exposure, Gardeners, Golfers and Farmers.
• Facial expression and high level sun damages.

Preventing Wrinkles

The preventing steps are very essential to reduce this problem. Anyone can do to stop fully the aging process, but it will help some guidance to you.

* Try to wear sun protective clothes, sun screens, hate can reduced sun light damage and skin dryness.
*Moisturizer may help some time make creases less evident and tiny lines.
*Avoid Smoking- it will help slow down the natural skin aging rate.
*Take at least 7 to 8 hours well sleep every day will provide best physical and mental health and also protecting your skin.
