Liver is looking like a football sized organs that placed in the upper right position of the abdomen. The Liver is most important and largest organs in our body. It provides more than one essential functions like removing toxins from the body, digesting protein and fats, control sugar level in blood and producing chemicals that work an great role in blood clotting.

Liver cancer

It begins in the cells of the river. Liver cancer is the very bad condition because above mentioned all functions can be affected. There are two types of liver cancer described such as Primary liver cancer and Secondary liver cancer.

The primary liver disease stage begins in the important liver cells and may be affected at a 60age. The main cause of primary level is hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The Secondary liver cancer begins somewhere else in the body before spreading to the liver. There are number of risk factors that is associated with liver cancer include Age, Chronic infection with HBV or HCV, Cirrhosis, Diabetes, Obesity, Sex, Excessive alcohol consumption and certain inherited liver disease.

Symptoms of liver cancer

The following are the basic symptoms of liver cancer,
• Abdominal swelling
• Loss of appetite and weight
• Enlarged liver
• Fatigue
• Tiredness
• Nausea and Vomitting
• Upper abdominal pain
• White of the eyes
• Yellow discoloration of the skin.

Treating Liver Cancer

The main aim of the treatment is to eliminate the cancer completely and making the patient as comfortable as possible,

• Surgery to remove a part of the liver
• Liver transplant surgery
• Heating and Freezing cancer cells
• Injecting Chemotherapy drugs in to the liver
• Radiation therapy
• Pain relievers
• Clinical trials.
