Laryngeal Cancer is a very complicated and rare type of cancer. Mainly it can appear to be fully hoarseness of the voice and throat facts. Laryngeal cancer is also known as Cancer of Larynx. This might be due to many reasons. Voice box is also called as larynx that is look like a tube structure in the trachea entrance.
Anyone who has problems in throat and vocal cards then you has a serious problem. Alcohol or Smoking activities are the most essential dangerous factor for Laryngeal Cancer. Most of this disease condition affects older people.
Symptoms of Laryngeal Cancer

Types of Laryngeal Cancer
There are six types of laryngeal cancer,
1. Nasopharyngeal Cancer:
It begins in the Nasopharynx which is the part of the throat just behind the nose.
2. Oropharyngeal Cancer:
This is the part of the throat that is right behind the mouth.
3. Hypopharyngeal Cancer:
It begins in the laryngopharynx which is the lower part of the throat and above the windpipe.
4. Glottic Cancer:
It begins in the Vocal Cards.
5. Supraglottic Cancer:
It begins in the upper portion of the larynx and which is a part of cartilage that blocks food to the Windpipe.
6. Subglottic Cancer:
It begins in the lower part of the Voice box, below the Vocal cards.
Cetuximab
The combination of the laryngeal treatment process like Surgery, Chemotherapy, Medicine and Radiotherapy is also called as Cetuximab.
