FITNESS CENTRE – WAY TO HEALTHY LIFE

Exercise not only helps you stay fit physically but also helps improve your mood. It is well known and widely acknowledged that regular exercise relieves depression. A recent study stated that patients who exercised in a group programme experienced relief in symptoms compared to those taking treatment with conventional antidepressant medication. For those who exercised alone, without supervision, the symptomatic relief was somewhat less, due perhaps to lack of compliance with the exercise, but the home exercisers were still better than the ones who did not exercise at all but were given a placebo.

There are several such studies done over the years that authenticate the importance of using exercise as a modality to treat depression.Lack of Exercise may lead to some health problems in our future. But, to stay fit in the present life is what everyone is wandering around for. The easiest way to get this is by joining a fitness centre. In the past, there were a few fitness centers in the entire city, but now, we have one in every colony. Trained instructors offer a range of programmes to help one lose weight, increase flexibility or tone muscles.

The key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you take in.These centers offer a variety of exercise classes from aerobics, kickboxing and salsa to martial arts and yoga. If one is not inclined to lift weights, one could still enroll in a cardio-vascular programme. Joining a fitness centre is the best way to a healthier heart, stronger bones, lower cholesterol levels, greater muscular strength and endurance, better flexibility and moreover, a beautiful life.
